Kari Metzger is a certified mediator and arbitrator with more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and law firm leadership. Her practice focuses on guiding parties toward efficient, practical, and fair outcomes through mediation and arbitration.
As a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Kari brings both impartiality and deep litigation insight to the resolution process. Her background includes serving as managing partner of a litigation and ADR firm for over 15 years, as well as handling complex disputes in insurance, commercial, and business matters.
Kari regularly contributes thought leadership to the field, including articles published in the Daily Business Review (“Nonbinding Arbitration: Finding a Way to Resolution,” 2024; “Managing Your Client’s Expectations at Mediation,” 2025), Attorney at Law Magazine (“Rethinking the Joint Session,” 2026) and presentations such as “Arbitration Strategy: Embrace Arbitration or Avoid It?
